For fun closer to home, you can enjoy an array of community amenites including an oversized waterfront heated pool and spa, grilling station, marina, under-building parking, state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, clubhouse, social area, and kitchen.
After a day enjoying the sand and waves, return to your home to relax and unwind. Immediately, you'll be amazed at all of the thoughtful touches of glamour throughout - high ceilings, charming decor, quality craftsmanship, and large open windows exposing the serene bay waters outside. The lower level boasts comfortable furnishings, a large TV for casual entertainment, and a sunny office for remote and student work. When hunger strikes, head upstairs to the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with counter seating. Gather at the formal dining table for togetherness. This level also offers an additional sitting area with a TV for further enjoyment.
