Undisclosed pets or evidence of a pet may result in immediate cancellation, eviction, and a $500 penalty.

• Maximum of 8 guests allowed on the property, including infants unless prior approval is given. Additional guests may be subject to a $25 per person fee.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag trash and place in outdoor bin. Tues/Fri checkout: place trash at curb. Recycling pickup is Tuesday only.
Please do not remove duvet covers. Only remove used sheets and pillowcases.
Please place all used towels in one pile before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
