Great Vacation Spot

This is our fifth year vacationing at the Yacht Club and we have loved every time. This was our first time staying at this condo and it was great. They had everything needed for a relaxing trip. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Lovely location in Madeira Beach

We loved how close to the beach it was. There’s a park with a splash pad and a playground right across the street. Well air conditioned and cozy space, beach themed and cute. Very easy to check into, hosts were incredibly good communicators and helpful. Scruples for instructions was that the check in information had outdated hours for the office to get a parking pass, we called early to see if they had opened early to find out they had changed their hours to be totally different (closing at 1pm instead of opening at 1pm) and we almost missed the opportunity to get the parking pass we needed to avoid a fine. We’ve stayed at many places over the years at other places on private short term rental platforms, and only other scruple is that the accommodations were on the minimal side. There was no filtered drinking water was available on the premises (fridge or tap attached to sink), we’ve frequently stayed at places that have spices or oil or butter for cooking, coffee available for mornings, or complimentary snacks. There were two water bottles in the fridge but that was the extent of that side of things. Check out instructions were reasonable and smooth. Overall, great experience. Enjoyable time away from home, and the condo was a tight fit for a family of 5 with young ones but it worked!
