Wow! Direct Gulf front condo with new coastal decor. Open the front door and see the Gulf of Mexico right away, turn around and see the Intracoastal Waterway...water, water everywhere. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will not disappoint. The living room has comfy seating with a ceiling fan and a large TV with a DVD player and amazing views of the beach. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony for outdoor living and beautiful sunsets nightly! There is even a ceiling fan on the balcony for added comfort. The Gulf-front master bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. Wake up to the surf lapping the soft sugary sands of Indian Shores. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite master bathroom has an updated step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds in 2nd bedroom with a ceiling fan, TV and view of the Intracoastal Waterway across the street. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan, TV and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a Washer/Dryer in the condo, no need to overpack. FREE secure Wi-Fi in the condo and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. The property has lovely green space landscaped with native plants. The pool deck has new lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well as FREE Wi-Fi at the pool area. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills. Recreation room with restrooms, a Ping Pong table and a lending book library. There is also a coin laundry available on the 2nd floor as an option. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Getaway to Indian Shores

Everything was perfect! Great location on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby! Will definitely be back in the future.
