Gulf Front Spectacular views from this 2 bedroom plus den, 2 bath condominium located on the corner of the building with wrap around balcony. King size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom and one twin daybed in the den. Two televisions, DVD. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer in unit. Gulf front views from both the living room and master bedroom. Free high speed internet service. The building amenities are nice too. There are both gas and charcoal grills on the grounds for your use. The restrooms for the pool area are located in the community room that has doors leading right out to the pool area. The beachside deck has new loungers and a large heated pool and hot tub.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
