This beautifully recently renovated Gulf Front unit has Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with sliding glass door to the balcony and direct Gulf front views with Flat screen TV and DVD player, Two Double beds in 2nd bedroom with 37" TV, and Two Twins in 3rd bedroom with 37" TV. The Living Room features a Power recliner and 65" Flat screen TV and DVR with extended cable and sliding glass door to balcony with direct Gulf front views. The kitchen also has a Microwave and the Washer/dryer are inside the unit. This property provides Assigned Parking, Heated Pool, Spa, Gas Grills. Free WI-FI in your unit!!

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
