The house was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. We enjoyed cooking on the grill by the pool and sitting on the patio watching the outdoor TV. The host, Esther was always very quick to answer any questions we had. She was very gracious, welcoming and extremely hospitable. An all around great experience, we highly recommend.

The house was clean and more or less what we were expecting. The location is decently accessible, but we were still a 20-30 minute drive from key points of interest, like the Pier. Some of the photos make the outdoor space appear more spacious and grand than it really is, but it was still a nice amenity. The master bathroom is very small and hard to move around in, and there is very little (if any) ventilation and the air doesn’t circulate well into that area - so after two people sharing it for two days, it kind of felt like going into a less smelly portapotty. The master bedroom door is also falling apart (maybe warped from humidity) so it was a real pain trying to close it to keep the AC localized. The fact that they supplied beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge lifesaver! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay - but I’m not sure the relative location and space was worth 1,000 for 3 nights.

AC/DC meets Dali

The house was perfectly located for easy access to Raymond James Stadium (35 minutes) Historic St Petersburg (20 minutes) and 20 minutes to gorgeous beaches! Immaculate house, fully stocked with beach towels/chairs, etc. Big fenced backyard with pool for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Plus it’s pet friendly!
