Our second night was miserable. Around 8:30pm furniture was being dragged across the floor above our room for an event. This was followed by loud talking & laughing as the event was held. Afterwards, more dragging of furniture. It was after 2am before the noise ended. Management refused to credit us for the inconvenience, when they could have easily relocated us to a different room. Also, room was "cleanish", advertised minibar was a minifridge with one wine glass & dirty coffee pot. You should remove this hotel from your site - it does not live up to your standards. It was in a convenient location.

Friendly and helpful valet as soon as we arrived! Check in was quick and the place was beautiful! Love the coffee/breakfast shop right in the lobby! Super convenient and really good! Our room was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed! The location can’t be beat!! We parked our car and never had to get back in! We walked everywhere! Love how walkable the area is! They even have a trolley nearby or you can easily rent scooters or bikes! Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Less than 10 min walk to pier (came for an event there). Limited self parking & valet parking (ran out on both), after I valeted, the very next person was told no more spots.

There was no free breakfast. The room never had enough towels and they wouldn’t bring us any when asked because there wasn’t enough staff. The bedding was so sparse it was shocking and didn’t look very clean. The walls may as well not be there because you can hear everything in every room. No clue what the complementary toiletries were because they were all different colors for the same supposed product.
