The pool was enjoyable. Not super warm but definitely enjoyable on hotter days. The check in process was super complicated. We drove 15 hours through the night from Indiana and then could not locate where to get the parking pass. Finally found the location which was not near the VRBO and they were closed for lunch so we had to wait an hour. They then would only take a check or money order for 150 for the parking pass so we then had to run around looking for a bank to get a money order. It was definitely not ideal. The VRBO was very spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 6 and we loved the location ! It was easy to get to the beach, restaurants, etc. The VRBO was pretty clean however the sheets and all the towels were folded in the bathrooms but still really wet almost like the cleaning crew didn’t have time to fully dry everything, so I did rewash and dry all the towels and linens. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely do it again!

Property was spacious and comfortable. Well equipped in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens provided. Beds were super comfortable. The grounds and community were beautifully kept. The parking was a bit of a nightmare. You have to go off site to pick up a parking pass which at the time I booked, I must have missed it or it wasnt posted at that time. I dont feel like 150 dollars per car is acceptable. I acknowledge that the owner does not get this money and property management does but it should be worked into the price of the unit so people dont feel "gouged". Also, the pass has information on it like your unit number and when you arrived and when you are leaving. I dont feel like this is very safe. I understand why they do it (so parking enforcement can monitor) but for 2 women alone its a little unnerving to know anybody walking around knows this information. There should be a better way. Also, there is a toll on and off the island. This should have be expressed in the description. Its .58 cent per entry. Pool was heated and was wonderful with plenty of chairs available. Just an fyi, the golf course is private. St Petes beach was close with a large pay public parking area. Tons of restaurants and bars within a short drive near the beach.
