We were initially checked in to a room on the first floor near the lobby. There was absolutely no sound proofing and we could hear everything that went on at the check in desk - it felt like everyone who walked in the hotel was in our room with us! By far the loudest room I’ve ever experienced. It made it impossible to relax, let alone sleep. The staff kindly moved us to the second floor but with some difficulty because the hotel was fully booked. We really appreciate the extra effort the staff put in to help us. They were kind and understanding and said that the noise issue is a known problem they’ve passed along to the owner. Our new room on the second floor was much quieter. If you stay here, make sure to get a second floor room!

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Centrally located near many restaurants and downtown area. I wish the shower had a grab bar, and the bathroom had more hooks to hang towels, etc. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff! Check in was a breeze, staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Private, free parking garage was a definite plus as you are close by to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are brand new, with amenities I wasn't expecting, including a mini fridge, microwave, large closet and plenty of drawer space. Beds are comfortable and the added benefit of a private balcony with Adirondack chairs, was a great benefit to wind down after a full day of exploring. Although you are within walking distance of all the town has to offer, it was never noisy while enjoying the balcony. This is a must stay for couples, girls trips, families, etc. I honestly have nothing bad to say!

We stayed 2x in a month’s time. First floor room near lobby was very loud. Second floor room had less ambient noise, Broken toilet in a brand new hotel. This is a clean property near great attractions, Pricey for value of the rooms themselves.
