Perfect Gem and awesome location

It was a really pleasant stay! The room was spacious, modern and clean. So was the bathroom 😍. The beds - aww so comfortable and plush-made for a great night of sleep. Front desks clerk was very helpful and accommodating and the day we left so was the cleaning crew (they’re important too) Went for my birthday weekend with my adult children. I love to return.

I like the town and that it was new. Nice shower and towels. Didn’t like the view out of my window and no carpet in room. I think the owner should remove one of the two desks and closets and put in a sofa and or a couple of chairs.

Wonderful Inn - Highly Recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. The room and bathroom were large and super clean. We loved the balcony and green area outdoors - it was perfect for our boxer and the balcony was a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a drink. Also, the hotel location was perfect! - just around the corner from historic downtown and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

The staff is exceptional, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well supplied with everything one would expect. I absolutely loved The Grant Street Inn. Nice and small, quiet and walkable distance to anything downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were willing to assist in all our needs. The underground parking was also a plus. No need to worry about your vehicle.

Room was spacious and clean. A set of drawers and a couch would have been nice as the room was large and had tons of room. Excellent location - so many options for dining and walkable to TD Ballpark which was the reason for our stay. The local free shuttle to the ball games is a couple blocks away if the walk to the park is too much so a great option. Only issue with hotel was noise. We could hear the person above us walking all day / night and although I’m sure it was just regular moving around the room it was loud. Overall our stay was excellent!

This hotel is a few streets up from Main Street making it the perfect location. 1 min walk to Main Street but very quiet. Rooms were very large with great wardrobe space for clothes. Room came with a mini fridge and clothes steamer (so smart!) The parking garage is tight but convenient. Make sure to go to the lobby before 10:30am. They have free bottles of water, juice, coffee, granola bars and yogurt. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly.
