Property was totally misrepresented. Condo was very dirty. We cleaned and vacuumed on arrival. Washed rugs, linens and towels. Property was under major reconstruction with jack hammers running all day. We were never informed of this. VRBO listing completely misleading. Tried working with owner but only given various emojis. Sent various text messages to them but never got responses until going the VRBO messaging. Check in procedures were not viable due to all the construction. No library or fitness center as advertised. Absolutely no security or parking procedures. Only after going through VRBO messaging did owner offer a discount if we reserved for next year!! Absolutely not!!! Renters should be made of aware this deceit!!!
