The open-plan living space seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, making it ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

For ultimate comfort and privacy, the condo features a split bedroom layout. One master suite even offers its own beautiful ocean view to wake up to.

IF THE POOL AND GRILL AREA ARE OF PARAMOUNT CONCERN TO YOU, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR INFORMATION ON ANY SCHEDULED CLOSURES FOR REPAIRS OR OTHERWISE. WE THE OWNERS ONLY ARE OFFERING THE CONDO UNIT AND THE AMENITIES ARE AT WILL BY THE BOARD. I ONLY MENTION THIS FOR UNDERSTANDING BEFORE YOUR RESERVE THE CONDO TO PREVENT MISCOMMUNICATIONS AND UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. THE BOARD AS OF 5/16/26 RE-OPENED THE POOL AND PATIO AREA IS STILL LACKING BBQ GRILLS AND NORMAL BEACH ACCESS FROM THE PATIO UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR COMPLETES THE EXTERIOR PATIO ACCESS LOCATIONS. Ocean View is phenomenal!! You are smack dab on the Beach!! We also loved the proximity to St John's Pass and The Reef. Check in was flawless. Condo was spotless and had all the amenities. You can tell the owner takes pride in their unit and provided a comfortable place for my family to enjoy our vacation! Beds are super comfortable. Owner is responsive to any questions you have! Would stay here again!

This a beautiful place to stay. The condo is just as pictured and is right in the water. I would recommend doing some grilling out by the ocean when you are there. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband, son, and I stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is right on the beach and the back window wall provides breath taking views of the ocean and sun sets. A closet full of beach accessories is an added bonus. The description fits the condo to a tee and we would stay here again!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was close enough for walking distance for restaurants but just far enough away from the beach accesses so the beach in-front of the condo was not crowded at all. The view from the condo was incredible. Just like something from a magazine! We will definitely be staying here again at a future date.

Perfect last minute trip

After our original Fall Break plans were interrupted by the Hurricane, we booked this place the day before we left! Brent responded promptly to my message checking in and making sure the area was not hit before booking. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I appreciated the closet with beach supplies for us to use and not have to purchase items. Beach wasn’t crowded either! We look forward to coming back soon.
