This condo has an updated bathroom with a large walk in shower, it has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a leather futon in living room. Can sleep 6 people. Televisions in both the master bedroom and living room, with Wi -Fi and 1 parking permit is included. Views from the living room and master bedroom of the gulf of mexico and the pool.
It's best feature: The private sundeck for guests of this unit only!! Enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathing or viewing sunsets from your own private rooftop deck. All linens are provided as well as kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, silverware. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the property.

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf/beach stores within walking distance.

Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however a parking pass is included if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA.

There are beach rentals on the beach: $40/day for 2 chairs and cabana/umbrella.
We can also share some local contacts that rent a full set up including chairs/umbrellas/coolers & beach towels for $75 for 1 week. They partner with you and provide delivery directly to your condo.
Please note: some guests leave items behind in closets. And anything in the condo is fair game to use! However, it’s not a guarantee, as its too hard for us to keep up with. (unfortunately people damage things. )

PARKING:
1 electronic parking permit is INCLUDED with your booking. A second parking permit might be available for a fee, based on availability.
