Unique and stunning designer home in an upscale neighborhood in Seminole- only 7 minutes from the beach! The perfect getaway that feels secluded while still being close to everything.

This is an entertainers paradise. The large outdoor table seats 12 and is perfect for dining for breakfast/lunch with a view. After, take a dip in the heated saltwater pool or relax in the jacuzzi.

The home boasts a designer kitchen with another large indoor dining area that seats 12. This is a beautiful home that your friends and family will love.

Other things to note:
-Each living room has a brand new Samsung Smart TV and sound system
-Closest airports are Tampa airport (TPA, 35 min), St. Petersburg airport (PIE, 20 min), Allegiant Air is amazing and much less costly
-House is 7 minutes from the beach and Uber is an easy way to travel there

House Rules:
-No amplified music outdoors after 9pm, and no large parties or gatherings. Home is equipped with Minut noise sensors to monitor outdoor noise as well as Ring Home System
-Garbage collection every Monday and Thursday, we appreciate you bringing the garbage cans out to the front
-For your privacy, cameras are all located outside of the home and point to the driveway and side of the property. There are none inside or in the pool area.
-This is a pet friendly property. We charge $50/pet for additional cleaning. Please pick up after your pet outside timely.
-The pool heater is set to 85 degrees at no additional charge. Increased temperature can be requested for an additional fee
-We are always available to assist you during your stay. We strive to make your trip as enjoyable as possible and look forward to hosting you!

I wish I could give the rental and Janelle a 15/10!!! My family went to Florida abruptly and needed a place to stay last minute. Janelle was amazing with her immediate response and was so accommodating. The house was clean, well decorated and had an amazing pool and jacuzzi. The neighborhood was safe and close to everything. Overall, it was an incredible stay with very attentive owners. We will definetly be booking a return stay soon!!

Wedding Weekend

This stay was so special to us, my husband and I got married that same day and had family over. We are so grateful for the opportunity you guys gave us.
