Relax into island life at this “Key West” style upstairs guest house in Pass-A-Grille, just two blocks from the beach! Features a queen bedroom, full kitchen, cozy living area, side nook with bunk beds and a private porch for morning coffee or sunset breezes—your perfect coastal hideaway! Includes parking, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella.
The apartment is accessed by its own private exterior staircase leading to the front door and a small balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious open living area with a dining table, cozy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals.
The bedroom and bath are generously sized, featuring a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. Just before the bedroom, a side nook offers additional sleeping with a full/twin bunk bed set—ideal for families or small groups.
Downstairs, to the left of your staircase before ascending, you’ll find a shared laundry and storage room, accessible through a separate exterior door. This area includes a washer and dryer, plus beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and wagon—for your use.
If you’re interested in reserving the entire property (main home plus two apartments), all three listings can be found under “Kristin’s Other Listings” or simply send us a message—we’re happy to help coordinate your group stay.
Guests have full and private access to this upstairs cottage of the guest house (there are two units with separate outdoor entrances). Guests also have access to a storage/laundry room with beach equipment, which is shared with the other guest house apartment.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
Pass-A-Grille is quiet and charming, known for its beautiful white sand beaches and historic downtown area. Within walking (or biking) distance is 8th Ave with its beachy boutiques and upscale restaurants, many casual dining & seafood options, and most notably the beach! The streets are quiet and safe, offering guests the opportunity to experience the island lifestyle!
Stay with us and enjoy an honest, effortless experience! We give you unbeatable value from start to finish.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 25 years or older.
- We are dog friendly (2 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $100. Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
- The cottage is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
