Beautiful direct beachfront condo. This condo has two Bedrooms, two Bathrooms, and a private balcony directly Gulf front. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, mounted TV and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is fully updated with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two Full-size beds, ceiling fan and mounted TV. The updated hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo has lovely tile floors throughout every room. The living room has comfy seating with a Gulf-front view through the new energy-efficient wide sliding glass doors. There is a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The dining table is ready for the perfect meal or family game night. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and features a breakfast bar. The sliding glass doors are double pained with built-in blinds that can be tilted or lifted up for total unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf. Enjoy free secure wireless internet and free long distance in US and Canada. The building has an elevator, a large Heated Pool and charcoal grills for your use. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. No Smoking and No Pets. Ask your rental manager about unlimited FREE bicycles on weekdays.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful! It's large and the balcony is huge, easy to get to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook. The beach is spectacular.
