This two-bedroom, two-bath, beachside complex is a vacation favorite. This unit is on the top floor with an Intracoastal Waterway view. The spacious open floor plan makes the space comfy for the whole family. The living room has new hurricane sliders that open to a private balcony where you can watch amazing sunrises each morning or take a peek over to the pool area. The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The condo is undergoing a complete renovation. New photos to follow soon. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, F/T and T/T, and a TV. The updated and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for creating memorable family meals. This condo has an assigned under-building parking space. The building has a secure elevator. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. The large heated pool is on the South and East side of the building providing sun earlier in the day than most buildings. This unit has FREE secure wi-fi and FREE long distance to US and Canada.

Great location

This was such a nice condo with the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The location was in walking distance of the beach. The management company was so accommodating and easy to work with. We rented free bikes twice and rented chairs for the beach.

Loved it!

The location was great. Walk outside to the beach. Short drive (or trolley/bus) to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Nice salt water pool. Very enjoyable stay.
