This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located near local seafood restaurants, water activities, family-friendly attractions, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.
