Indian views and only steps from the water!!! Located on the second level which makes you feel like you are on the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath is a direct gulf front condominium, very spacious, fully furnished and equipped. This unit has a beachy feel with lots of charm! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV. The balcony is directly overlooking the water. Have your morning coffee sitting out on the balcony to watch the spectacular sunsets. Holiday Villas is located steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.
Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Currently, the projected date of this balcony's closure is May 2026 and can take a few months. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.
Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm at which time the pool will be closed.
*Heated Pool-Now open 4pm to 10pm Mon- Fri (due to ongoing Restoration Project) all day on Weekends
