Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. While most balconies remain accessible, your unit’s section may have temporary limited access during active work. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Pool access remains available for most of the project except when work is being performed on units directly above the pool deck. Some parking adjustments may also occur during construction.

CONDO was great-rest was disappointing

There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group. The spaciousness and layout of the condo were amazing!! The patio provided a great view of the sunsets and a great place for morning coffee! We booked through VRBO and should have used the Property website. The pool was still undergoing repairs along with the patio and all outdoor amenities. Pool chairs were stacked up at the edge of the beach for you to take to the beach and back. There were a number of construction workers on site throughout the day and they were given parking spaces on the property. We had two cars and had to park across the street in a paid lot due to free parking spaces being in short supply. I would suggest the price point doesn't match the inconvenience. When we inquired about the condition of the pool and amenities, we were told we should have booked through their website. Not really a solution. Again, let me stress that the condo itself was AMAZING and once repairs have been completed, this will be a place I certainly would recommend. Other than their indifference to our plight, I would also label the staff as EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.
