The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a double bed. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies remain accessible, but your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is being performed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and parking may be impacted during those times. The pool is expected to remain open during most of the project except when work is being done directly above the pool deck.
