Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Work is being completed in phases around the building, and balconies may be temporarily inaccessible while your section is being updated, although most remain open and usable. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and the pool may close when work is being performed above the pool area.

Nice beach view! Make sure the construction around the pool area is complete. The pool was closed down during the weekdays, due to construction on the balconies above.

Great place on the beach! The only drawback was the construction for the balcony handrails. There was some noise but that can be expected, however it was only during the day when you're going to be at the beach anyway! Parking can be kind of tricky if you have a larger vehicle however the staff on site does work to accommodate your needs. Overall I would stay here again.
