Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush sofa and streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Create meals to eat at home or at the beach in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meals at the dining table which seats 6 comfortably. There is additional seating at the kitchen island. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. There are complex washer and dryers on every floor for your convenience.
Go sit out on the patio to watch the fantastic Gulf sunset. Soak up the sun at the pool with views of the gulf. Walk the beautiful white sandy beach and make memories that'll last a lifetime when you stay at this lovely condo!

Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
