Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Work is being completed in phases around the building, and your balcony may be temporarily inaccessible while your section is being updated, although most balconies remain open. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. During these hours, the pool may be closed. The pool is open in the evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM and all day on weekends.

Beautiful beach view from the large balcony. Living area was very large but living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is very nice! Mattress in main bedroom was comfortable. Ongoing work on the building resulted in pool closure until 4pm and jack-hammering beginning at 8am. Hopefully this work will be completed soon!!
