This beautiful sixth-floor corner condo in Indian Shores is the perfect place to begin your Florida beach getaway. With fantastic Gulf of Mexico views, a spacious layout, and a relaxing coastal feel, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, making it easy to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at home. The living room and dining area both offer beautiful Gulf views, creating a bright and welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes 2 queen beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups.

Although the large private Gulf-front balcony is currently closed due to construction, guests can still enjoy the many amenities this beachfront property has to offer. Spend your days relaxing by the heated pool or take a short walk to the white sandy beach just steps away.

The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends.

They were working on the balcony. It said the balcony may be unavailable for part of my stay. It was unavailable for the whole time of my stay.
