Only a few minutes driving from Indian Rocks Beach, 20 minutes to Downtown St Pete, and 30 minutes to the Tampa Airport make this centrally located without compromise!

This home makes up 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full over full bunk bed) and has two full bathrooms. The backyard has a heated pool* & hot tub* (additional fee, see below), mini putt putt course, outdoor playset, billiards, shuffle board, Nintendo Switch, Arcades, Air Hockey, and Foosball. This home is located just a few minutes driving from Indian Rocks Beach, 20 minutes to Downtown St Pete, and 30 minutes to the Tampa Airport!

Neighbors are diligent in reporting such as well so please be respectful to the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay :)

-Use and access of the pool are at your own risk and rules must be followed. Owner/Co-host assume no responsibility for injury occurring on the property.

Nice and fun stay!!

This property had all the fun things for our family to keep busy! The kids had a blast and we enjoyed the outdoor space the most! The host was quick and helpful when there were any issues.There were some small things that were missing from the property that would have made this an easy stay, example, a kettle to boil water, plastic plates and cups for the outdoor area.Otherwise this was as a nice place to stay and very close to the stores, beach and local shops.

Spring Break

Property manager was easy to communicate with and attentive to an early issue with the pool/hot tub and a broken light that wouldn't turn off. They had someone out the next day and got it fixed. It was a great place for 2 families. We had kids from 2 to 18. Everyone was entertained and had fun. The poperty was clean and as described. It was only avout 10 minutes from multiple beaches we could hit everyday.

Phillies Spring Training

Josh was a great host, and the house was great for both kids and adults. Swimming pool and hot tub, small mini golf course, and fire pit. Served as a great place to spend the week while in the Clearwater area for Phillies spring training.

Perfect for families

We have a hard time keeping our teenage children entertained and engaged at times. But this home was perfect for all of us. We were 10 minutes to the beach, the day it rained the kids enjoyed playing pool, the arcade and other games available. Evening time we sat around a fire and made s'mores enjoyed the swimming pool and the putt-putt course. It was definitely a fun memory for our family.

Excellent property. The house is furnished and equipped with items in very good condition; practically everything is brand new. The bathrooms are very clean, and everything worked perfectly during the 11 days we stayed at the property. My children really enjoyed the pool table and the jacuzzi. The only observation is that the second bathroom is very small for sharing with more than three people.
