This unit is steps to the sand. Gulf View from balcony and open living room. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury beachfront condo. Open floor plan with an upgraded kitchen, volume ceilings, freshly renovated balconies, and hurricane rated glass sliding doors. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with a step in shower and separate soaking tub. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and tranquility of the beach life. 2nd bedroom is a generous sized guest room with a shared a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. There is another half bath just down the hall, an interior laundry room with washer and dryer and assigned covered parking space. The unit has a Pack-n-Play and high-chair for guest use. This is the largest of the 7 units in the complex. This top floor condo boasts over 33 feet of balcony space with a partial gulf view. This unit is fully furnished, and has everything you need for a week at the Gulf of Mexico! family beach visit

great location to beach and a number of rest/bars. very nice area and beaches are great for walking and not too crowded. Unit was wonderful with everything you need for a stay. Front two bedrooms do get street noise but not bad after 10pm

Great Stay

The location was great on Gulf Blvd. All essentials within walking distance and the beach was right there. Condo was very clean and really nicely decorated. Plenty of room even for a big group (there were just three of us). The condo was supplied well with paper goods/essentials. Checkout was a breeze. There wasn’t a lot required except to take out the trash and leave towels in the tub. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was very relaxed and exactly as advertised.
