Fantastic Intracoastal Waterway views from your private balcony right on the Intracoastal Waterway relaxing, watching boats and dolphins, and making vacation memories. As soon as you enter this charming property you will feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have bright white cabinetries and granite counters. There is both a K-cup and drip coffee maker. The master bedroom is waterside with a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a King size bed, TV with cable box, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has double sinks and tub/shower. There is a utility space with a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has Twin beds, and a TV with cable. The second bathroom has a step-in shower and is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and hallway. What a location, being directly across the street from the complex's private beach access to the sandy Gulf beaches of Indian Shores. After a wonderful day at the beach, go fishing on the complex's fishing pier, relax poolside, take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or just sit back and relax on your amazing waterfront balcony. Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door only. Undercover parking space.

Indian Shores Stay

The condo was wonderful, very clean and fully stocked. The location is amazing with views of the Intercoastal and beach access across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the birds and dolphins. The rental hosts were friendly and helpful and accommodated our extended stay. We will be back and highly recommend.

Enjoyed our time here

We would stay again. Everything was clean and neat and the space served our needs. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching dolphins right from our balcony! The unit was well equipped. We have tall kids, so I wish more people would do XL twins to allow for a broader range of comfort for more guests. I know they put mattress protectors on for a reason - but they were the kind that krinkle when you move and were hot to sleep on so would have liked those to be different. I didn't like having to go to the office to check in - especially sitting in traffic to get up there, but I will say the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with providing additional information.
