Welcome to Island Paradise! This corner 1 BR 1 BA unit is perfect for your next getaway. With water views from each end of the unit, you won't miss the beautiful sunrise and sunsets each day. This private unit is centrally located on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. Local restaurants and bars as close as a 5-minute walk. Perfect location for food, drinks, and live music with even more options along the coast. Minutes away from grocery and pharmacy stores. All that you need for a relaxing trip!
Note: Pool and boardwalk are under renovation.

The space

Living Room: Living room provides ample seating with a recliner chair and couch. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Books, board games and a blu-ray player provided.

Dining: Table for 4 with extra seating at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen: All the necessities - Fridge with ice maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee bar. Utensils and cookware provided. Blender and teapot available.

Bathroom: Shower with tub. Hairdryer provided.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed overlooking the intercoastal waters. Plenty of closet space and dresser storage.

Children/Infants: Pack and Play with cushion provided. Children suction bowls and plates, spoons, and no-spill sippie cups provided. Toddler booster seat with attached table provided. Protective outlet covers placed in all unused outlets.

Balcony: Shared balcony with 180-degree ocean views. Outdoor chairs provided. Since this is a corner unit, there is much more room to relax and soak up the views.

Laundry: Shared laundry on each floor. Washer and dryer requires quarters. Drying rack provided in unit for clothes or towels to air dry.

Pool: The pool is located right on the beach and is heated in the winter months. Outdoor shower located next to the pool.

Beach: Steps away from the sand! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. Tables and charcoal grill located on the beach.

Accessibility and Safety: This is a 3rd floor unit and there are stairs located next to the unit as well as elevators in the middle of the building. For security purposes, the elevator will stop working and will require a key (provided) for use. The stairwell remains locked at all times and requires a key (provided) for access. Fire detectors are maintained in the unit. First-aid kit provided.

Transporation and Parking: 1 parking spot provided on property. Uber/Lyft accessible. Easily walk to local bars and restaurants for food, drinks and live music. Free local beach ride available.

Beaches: More than you could imagine! The coast is lined with many white sand beaches, each having something unique to offer.

Restaurants: Walking distance from many bars and restaurants such as Caddy's and Katiki. Many more within a short drive.

Convenience Stores: Publix grocery store and Walgreens is only a 5 minute drive.

John's Pass Village and Boardwalk: 7 minute drive. Local shops and restaurants with a local beach town charm! Your souvenir hotspot. Water sport rentals available.
