Paradise awaits you at this Direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Las Brisas. During your stay, you’ll awake to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy memorable sunsets every evening with views from your balconies off the Living area and the Master Bedroom! This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay.

Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.

Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

Prior to our stay the host sent several emails imparting information to maximize an enjoyable visit. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Also the kitchen was very well stocked and the bathrooms had a good supply of toiletries. We have stayed at other condos on the beach (including at Las Brisa) and this one is definitely superior to any we have rented!

The view and beach were lovely. We did have to periodically close the sliding glass doors to the balcony and move inside due to other units smoking cigarettes on their balcony which was unfortunate. The condominium was nice.

This stay was perfect, the condo had everything we needed and everyone was happy with the accommodations. The beach was great, easy access and we really could hear the waves inside, we were close! The Reef restaurant across the street was a good beach restaurant and the sushi nearby was convenient as well. We liked that the neighborhood had sidewalks. The perfect spot for a getaway with friends. The ease of booking to checking out was so simple and the guide book app is a must. The place was clean, comfortable and had almost everything provided for us. Everything was updated but understandably the electrical system showed it age. We definitely will recommend this place and stay again.
