Part of the exclusive Sunset Beach Place estate, this spacious 2,600-square-foot villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three king bedrooms, two bathrooms, expansive living areas, and panoramic Gulf views. Thoughtfully designed with coastal-inspired décor, soaring ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen, the villa offers the perfect setting for families, couples, and groups seeking an unforgettable Gulf Coast escape.

Guests enjoy direct beach access, a large Gulf-front lanai, private beach deck, oversized beachfront hot tub, private elevator, garage parking, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts needed for a seamless stay. Located on one of the most peaceful stretches of coastline in the Tampa Bay area, the villa is just moments from popular beach bars, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're swimming, paddleboarding, watching spectacular sunsets, or simply relaxing by the water, Sunset Beach Place Beach Villa delivers the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and authentic coastal charm.

Kitchen: The showstopping chef's kitchen is exceptionally appointed with an extensive collection of premium appliances, including: a six burner gas stovetop, two built-in ovens, two dishwashers, two fridge/freezers, built-in microwave, drink cooling fridges, toaster oven, air fryer, toaster, blender, regular drip coffee maker and Keurig. Breakfast bar seats up to 6 people. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: Dining table seats up to 8 people and is located to the side of the kitchen in a large, family friendly open plan area. Show stopping views of the Gulf are on display at just about every angle.

Living Room: Elegant leather reclining living room set including a three seater sofa, loveseat and single recliner chair. 2 chairs that convert to twin beds, TV, built in entertainment center, fireplace, granite topped coffee and end tables, and breathtaking views directly out to the Gulf.

Bedroom #1: The large master bedroom has a King-sized bed, dresser/chest of drawers and mirror/end tables set, TV, 2 comfy accent chairs, balcony access, stunning gulf views and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1: (En-suite): Custom built semi-enclosed walk-in shower, extensive cabinets, mirrors and two vanity areas .

Bedroom #2: King-sized bed, chest of drawers, end tables, TV, closet, and en-suite access to second bathroom.

Bathroom #2: Upgraded tub/shower combo, single vanity area.

Bedroom #3: King-sized bed, dresser, end tables, TV, closet space.

Half Bath: Single vanity area, mirror and toilet.

Utility Room: Full size, side by side washer and dryer, large sink with granite countertop, storage cabinets.

Balcony: Expansive balcony with jaw dropping beach views features numerous outdoor seating options including loungers, chairs, sofa, chaise, small tables and gas grill. The ground level patio is shared by both units that comprise the Sunset Beach property, with additional seating and lounging options, hot tub, and one step access to the sugar-soft sands.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided for guests. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, however a non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax is required. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit and refrain from being on the furniture. No pets permitted on the beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Parking: Parking for the Villa is in the garage on the left. It is a two car garage plus there is driveway parking for two additional vehicles.
For your security and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are present. There is no video surveillance inside the home. This property has the following security cameras: 3 in breezeway on garage level, 1 each on the front corners of the house, for a total of 5.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
