Everything is brand new from floor to ceilings! This Luxury unit is completely remodeled and includes 875 sq ft of the finest Indian Shores living space. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all of the private amenities of home. Wood plank tile throughout, the unit is very spacious and offers the convenience of a ½ bath. Located across from the beach, this tropical premier waterfront community includes a year round heated salt water pool, fishing pier, and barbeque grill area. Plenty of free private parking spaces offer the opportunity to have guests join you for a day of hassle free fun. Relax on your private balcony and catch some sun.

The Full feature kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new glass cooktop, new microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. This unit comfortably sleep 4. Awaiting you is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk-in shower and plenty of room in the master walk-in closet. In the family area, you’ll find a full size Murphy Bed and queen size dream-sleeper leather sofa.

Leave your quarters at home, there's a washer and dryer included in the unit! Flat screen TVs are included with Cable and wireless internet in every room. There's an iron, ironing board & hair dryer in the condo. Our objective is to make your stay hassle-free, so we provide all of the necessary linens, towels, and beach towels. We have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach including beach chairs, a beach cart and a canopy.

This non-smoking unit across the street from the gulf beach and with a trolley stop right in front of the complex, enjoy a ride on the Beach Trolley all along Gulf Blvd from Pass-a-Grille to Clearwater

I have rented this condo before so I knew where it was located in proximity to beach. The beach was very close and quite accessible. The property was quite clean and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with beach chairs, wagon, beach toys etc. There was good supply of paper products, like towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, even laundry soap. All of this was very much appreciated. I did wish that there was a better supply of silverware, specifically spoons. Also a colander for rinsing fruits and veggies would have been nice. I only mention this to let her know and don’t mean to sound negative in any way. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in future. I never felt need to contact host so I cannot comment on that.

This was our second stay in 7 months! It was just as relaxing as our last stay! We used the grill one night and had the kids over for dinner and games! Love the layout and atmosphere! We just wished the weather had cooperated better with warmer temperatures instead of cooler than our Texas temps! We will be back next year in the springtime!

Beautiful place, owner was very nice and communicative. The resort was located on the bay. We saw dolphins and manatees often. Fishing was easy access and amazing. The sunrises on the bay which was amazing! Conveniently located across the street to the beach. My house had plenty of beach material.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was furnished nicely, extremely clean, like the king bed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! It look just like the pictures. Fun February

Great location! This condo was close to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. It was convenient to have washer and dryer, the large closet, and powder room in the unit. We enjoyed the balcony after a day of sightseeing. If you don't want to drive, just hop on the trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd. We got really lucky with the weather and missed it as soon as we got home!

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. It was our first time there and this condo was perfect for our family. The beach is not far, less than a five minute walk, and the beach supplies were great since we flew in. Tropical storm Debby made an appearance and our host, Tammy, communicated with us about the storm. Debby was not a complete downer and we got to enjoy the beautiful beach before and after the storm. We would love to stay at this condo again.

We truly enjoyed our visit! Due to a death in our family, it only lasted 4 days, but we enjoyed our time. The condo was perfect for us. Hopefully, we can return in the future. Tammy was an excellent host!

Quiet, safe, clean- great for my teenage son. Enjoyed the pool, corn hole game & shuffle board. Beach easy walk across the street. Condo perfect for 2-3, it’s small, but has everything you need. Beds (including cute Murphy bed) very comfortable!!!!!

My S.O. & I setup a 3 week stay several months before our visit ... About a month before our visit we became Mini Schnauzer puppy parents ... Tammy allowed us to bring her in exchange for a small deposit, that was amazingly appreciated ... The condo seemed as if we may have been the first to visit since the remodel, everything was as advertised, comfortable & well supplied ... The condo did not have a "view" per se (though I could just see the Gulf from the bedroom window), it was in a quiet & somewhat weather protected nook ... Absolutely would stay here again!!

Condo was beautifully decorated, not cluttered with decor. Conveniently located accross the street from the beach. Furnished with everything you would need, just like you were home. Tammy was very easy to communicate with. Plan on staying here again!
