The elevator modernization project in Tower 1 has been completed. Both required inspections have been successfully passed, and the elevators are now fully operational for guest use.

Please note that the Ocean Sands resort is undergoing a structural and garage repair project from August through December 2026. Guests staying in Tower 1 can expect noise, dust, and vibrations during daytime working hours. Additionally, the Tower 1 second-floor garage will be completely closed for approximately 1 to 2 weeks at the start of the project, followed by structural repairs in the first-floor garage. Your assigned parking spot may be unavailable at times during this project, and you will be required to park in the first-come, first-served spots in front of the building during those times.

This condo offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. This condo also features barbecue grills and an elevator.
