Escape to Florida`s Gulf Coast in this freshly updated, beach-chic condo just a short stroll from the powdery white sand of St. Pete Beach. Step inside to bright coastal interiors — white cabinetry, soft blue and teal accents, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for anything from a quick coffee to a full dinner in. Large windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light, and from select spots you`ll catch a lovely hint of blue in the distance. The bedroom continues the relaxed coastal theme with plush bedding and its own smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun.
Guests enjoy access to a heated pool, shuffleboard, onsite laundry, and included beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella, plus a beach buggy to help carry it all). A parking pass is included for beach parking and permitted nearby spots, and an onsite bar and restaurant is open to the public for an easy bite or drink.
This stretch of St. Pete Beach is known for its sugar-white sand, warm Gulf waters, and easygoing beach-town energy. You`ll find a dense concentration of restaurants and beach bars within walking distance, plus a beachside grille right at the beach access point. The long-running Corey Avenue Sunday Market is just a short distance away. Clearwater Beach, John`s Pass, and Fort De Soto are all a quick drive, and Tampa Bay area sports fans are close to the Buccaneers, Rays, and Lightning. Perfect for a weekend escape or a full week of sun.

Under construction!

Due to last years Hurricane the first floor of these building are currently under construction as is almost ever business in the area. Very close to the beach which is nice. Room was clean and owner rep was very responsive.

Great location!

The condo looks like the photos: Neat, clean and comfortable for 2 people. Great location for walking to beach, shops. We ate at Ricks Reff and Branzini-both walking distance. Pool is beautiful! Whole first floor of complex has hurricane damage so lots of construction, dumpsters and noise but it’s nice to see them rebuilding.
