The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all towels used for both the pool/beach and inside near the washer and dryer in the garage. One pile is fine!
Please throw away all trash in the trash bin located outside the back door of the garage.
Please make sure all lights both inside and outside are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

-Make sure doors/windows are closed to prevent any bugs and or lizards from coming inside. They WILL make their way in if doors and windows are open
-Dogs are allowed on the property. Please keep them inside the fenced off lot during your stay.
-No lifeguard on duty: Guests are responsible for their own safety and supervision while using the pool.
