Indian Rocks Beach is a charming barrier-island community overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Nestled between Belleair Beach and Indian Shores, Indian Rocks has a pristine, natural coastline of sugar white beaches, sand dunes and sea oats. Clearwater beach is a short 12-minute trolley ride north.

Indian Rocks is known for its eclectic, carefree beach-resort atmosphere. It draws a lot of visitors who enjoy its sparkling waters, shops, seafood restaurants, nature preserve, six public parks, boat ramp and bi-annual Arts and Crafts Festival.

Great Location - Furniture Needs Help

We LOVED the location & Peter was excellent with communication with me!! The unit was clean & we very much appreciated that, especially the bathroom!! We felt the only downfall was the furniture. The futon or "extra" bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on & needs to be replaced. The other furniture was dated & wobbled. We don't ever need fancy, however just felt this could be a bit better. We will be back. Thank you!

SunsetView Spectacular

We absolutely loved our stay at Mysunsetview! This quaint 1b1b was perfect for the two of us for a month! It was very well maintained and comfy! Peter was the perfect host and check in was easy. He was always available and present along with other onsite staff! Super friendly and we were so sad to leave! Thank you Brooke and Brian

Couch not suitable for sleeping

I searched for a property capable of 3 adult sized people and this came up. Truthfully, it was a 2 person place with a couch that does lay down but it has the insert for cups making it REALLY uncomfortable to sleep on with hard middle jabbing into your ribs. And to make it worse, myself being the shortest and the couch was barely big enough for a 5'3" person I drew the couch and I had had surgery on my upper body with scars healing. I didn't sleep. So more information and not misinformation would have been helpful. Other than this, the place was in a wonderful neighborhood with a beach that I loved walking on. Again, it would be fine for a couple. It's not posh. The place needs a repaint. Also, there's no wifi so email communications with the host don't come in till you connect to wifi. Not so useful.
