Quiet hours after 11pm & no parties. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Turn off all lights & lock doors before leaving the house each time.
No shoes in bedrooms or on rug in living room. Use small shoe rack by front door & hose on the front porch to wash off sand. Only water in bedrooms.
NO: Sitting on furniture with sunscreen/tanning oil on. Using towels to remove makeup. Food down the sink as there is no garbage disposal.

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t spend much time there, as we were mostly out visiting friends and staying active, but it worked well for what we needed and we had no issues at all.The only downside was some noise in the neighborhood late at night on a couple of occasions, with loud vehicles passing through. Other than that, it was a solid stay and met our expectations.

OUTSTANDING

What a great gem. You won't be sorry staying here. Cleanliness, amenities and location is everything you can ask for. Tastefully decorated. The exercise equipment is everything you need to do an intense workout. The Lani is a great place to relax. The only thing we could have used, being big coffee drinkers, is a drip coffee pot instead of pods, but definitely not a deal breaker and will definitely stay again if available when we plan on bus Largo again and will recommend to others.

Awesome place

We had a great stay. The house is very clean and comfy. We felt comfortable staying there. My only critique is maybe one nightlight in the bathroom for the late night bathroom visit. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. We were very pleased and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
