This gorgeous unit at Brightwater Blue is a luxurious and spacious townhome that has all the home away amenities to make your stay at Clearwater Beach unforgettable! Our serene getaway is situated right on the beautiful intercoastal waterway offering spectacular views from almost every room. It’s fine details and modern decor feature all new furniture, high-end appliances and its huge well-equipped kitchen will make your stay a vacation to remember! Walk 5 minutes to Clearwater Beach to enjoy the award-winning white sand beaches and sparkling water.
Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax and/or entertain with your friends and family! Our unit also gives you access to a resort-style heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sunshine. An outdoor entertaining area features two gas grills with all the space you need to enjoy a spectacular day or evening with your guests.
The first floor is a bonus room with a large sectional, table & chairs, TV, and patio with outdoor furniture. The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a huge balcony with table/chairs, a laundry room outfitted with a full-size washer/dryer, and a half bath. The third-floor has the luxurious master suite with a private balcony and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with premium mattresses, for a perfect night's sleep.
A private two-car garage provides ample and convenient parking.
Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to walking to the award-winning white sand beaches, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get familiar with the Gulf of Mexico, numerous fishing and boat tours are available from the Clearwater Beach Marina. You can take a 5-minute drive and visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Experience everything from a casual Grouper sandwich to fine dining all within walking distance. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and locally made artisan creations.
Bring your boat and make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. The slip will accommodate boats approximately 40' in length, with drafts up to five feet.

EXTRA AMENITIES

The boat dock will fit a 40' boat, you will need to bring your own bumpers and lines. Maximum draft 4'6".

The listing was exactly as advertised. We have stayed in a few Bright Blue houses over the years but this one was our favorite. It was extremely clean, the outdoor furniture was functional, there were games, and the furnishings were modern. They also supplied plenty of pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and plates. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to go back next year.

Cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed at. Beautiful townhome and great location walkable to everything we needed. I would recommend to take a sleeping mask if you are staying in the master and wake up with light, as the curtains don't block all of the light out. The pool area was wonderful and the buildings give a nice mix of sun and shade throughout the day. The presence of security on the property gave us peace of mind as two women that left the husbands at home in the snow :) The cleaners and property manager even went above and beyond to check with us when they thought we'd left clothing behind (it was from a prior guest). Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Clearwater.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Clearwater! It was the perfect size and layout for our family of five, which included adults, teens, and young children. Everyone had enough space to relax and enjoy themselves. The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants, which made everything super convenient. Perfect for three couples!

It was the perfect place for us and our married adult children. All three bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with everything to make your stay comfortable. We used the community pool and it was very clean. We walked to nearby restaurants and hired a boat to come pick us up for island hopping. Also, the golf course is not too far away and they guys enjoyed that. We hope to come again.
