The apartment was clean. Hostess readily available! Locked my self out and she came over quickly to unlock the door. Washer and new and worked well. Dishes, pots and pans available. The apartment is over top of garage behind the house that google shows for the address. Lots of stairs. Long walkway to garage, through 2 gates. Walkway lit but cant keep an eye on vehicle. Bottom door very difficult to open, must empty hands and pull up hard on the door to lock and unlock. Bed is a very hard bed. No night stand to put anything next to bed. Did not feel 100% safe. Morning of check out i noticed the smoke alarms are removed and found them in a drawer, OOPS!

Host was super friendly and responsive to any queries. The apartment was ideal, well appointed and clean. Location close to St Petersburg Yacht Club for a regatta was convenient. Would definitely visit again.

Quick Trip

My son and I stayed here for a quick trip to FL. Everything was great. There is only one bathroom, so I would recommend another mirror somewhere in the apartment to make getting ready in the mornings easier.

Great place.

Very nice place to stay. Unit clean and well kept. Unit is upstairs but didn’t give us a problem. Would stay there again.
