f you're looking for a true Florida experience in a peaceful, near-beach neighborhood, this is the place. The area offers a calm, relaxed pace that locals genuinely value. When you're ready for sun and activity, the beach is just minutes away—about 1.5 miles for walkers, though driving is ideal if you're bringing gear. Out of respect for the neighborhood and natural surroundings, this home is not suitable for parties or events.

Inside, the open-concept layout creates a warm, welcoming space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and classic Shaker cabinetry—ideal for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to full meals.

The home includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: a dedicated coffee station, high-speed internet, Spectrum cable with 80+ channels, central air, a washer and dryer, and a furnished patio. There’s also a gazebo available for outdoor relaxation (weather permitting).

Each bathroom is designed with a spa-like feel, featuring modern vanities, contemporary fixtures, and glass-enclosed showers. The home is equipped with softened, UV-purified, reverse osmosis water for an elevated, refreshing experience. Both bedrooms offer plush queen beds for a restful night’s sleep.

We’re also proud to offer an eco-conscious stay—our cleaning practices use green, natural products, and we provide complimentary environmentally friendly toiletries for your comfort. The home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to enjoy the stay with you.
