The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, making the condo an excellent choice for families and groups. The condo offers two full bathrooms, including the primary ensuite with a double vanity and shower/tub combination, as well as a full hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with quartz countertops, providing a clean and modern finish. The open living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach, with ample seating and sliding glass doors that open to the private ocean view balcony. The recently updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside from either the living room or the primary suite to enjoy Gulf views from your own private balcony. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private washer and dryer for guest use.

• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 3 (stairs or elevator from garage)
