Newly Remodeled adult only condo at Ocean Way. ( Non Smoking BUILDING & CONDO )2 Bedrooms with King Beds, 2 Baths, features Luxury modern decor. We are an end unit on the third floor, with lots of windows, in a quiet 17 unit private First Class newer Condo. We are south of Clearwater at Indian Rocks Beach, at 20th Ave. just North of Guppies Restaurant. We take pride on keeping our unit clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries and beach equipement like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. There is High Speed Wireless Internet, great views, a large balcony and sunshine, while you work.

Our living room faces the beach and our special feature is, fantastic sunsets. We are two miles from famous Clearwater Beach with a private pool, hot tub, elevator, a spectacular view from a 12 foot patio door on our large balcony. This could be a perfect place for you, to enjoy the best relaxing holiday, in a long time.

Nearby is great shopping, inexpensive restaurants, Book our unit and contact us for more details or savings and promotions for longer or repeat stays! We also have other Beach front units in this building and the building next to us (Sea Isles) all featured on line .Booking fee if paid via credit card is not refundable. Cleaning fee is due upon arrival to manager if not paid through the booking site $200. Not pets, no smoking, adults only. Damage .deposit $700. Take a look atball our pictures, we had to redo our Airbnb listing when we moved property management software and couldn't bring over our great reviews, this is an stablished listing.

Perfect Family Vacation

From the spacious balcony with a perfect view to the immaculate living space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy, including working with Hilda who answered all our questions and was always responsive.
