The apartment was comfortable, convenient and clean overall. There were issues with both TVs, however the host/owner was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. The host was available and handled all questions/ requests promptly. The location was excellent - close to restaurants, shops and only 1 block from the beach.

Easy walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Very accommodating host. Apt. is oddly configured (you have to walk through bathroom to get back and forth between kitchen and bedroom. Lacks privacy if blinds are open (3 other apts in bldg). Busy pickleball courts across street yet relatively quiet. Walkway to apt is not handicap accessible. If price is right, a good find.

Location was great. Had some issues at the beginning but host was able to take care of most of them. Upstairs neighbor is on an early morning routine as well as dogs so there was some noise from upstairs in the morning around 6am. But the location is great walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Thoughtfully stocked

Cheri provided coffee, sunscreen, and even bug repellent for sitting outside! This place was comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect. When it rained, we were able to run to the VRBO and when it stopped, we could walk back to the beach in less than five minutes!

It was very loud with children running across the floor upstairs and a dog that barked and howled for 4 hours last night. We tried to take a nap as soon as we checked in but we’re kept awake by the child upstairs, and we’re woken up the first morning by more running and jumping upstairs. I was very sad to have our 1st two days of vacation be so unrestful.

The efficiency was very clean. The issue with the property is the people above are early risers and very heavy footed with animals. If you’re looking to sleep in this might not be the one for you.

Great Location!

Stayed for a few days close to family in IRB. Location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Was also nice that there were beach chairs for us to use. Would stay again! Thank you!

Perfect location and perfect for what I needed

Was traveling solo for some business and this location was a GREAT alternative to staying in a hotel. Perfect for a couple, great neighborhood and I could walk to dinner, the beach, everything. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect location

Great location for walking to the beach and being able to easily walk back and forth to the property throughout the day. Very spacious living area. Super comfy beds. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and two pickle ball paddles/ball. Pickleball is across the street. Plenty of people, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a 2-15 min walk. Family-friendly area. (TV was a little finicky connecting to the correct input, but just keep trying and it'll connect.) Can hear the foot traffic from the apt above, but earplugs while sleeping helped with that -- definitely would not keep me from staying here again, just something to be aware of. Great value, location, and space!

This location across from the park was perfect for our kids. The beach, restaurants and coffee shops were all within walking distance. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay.
