While furnishing this inviting oasis, we have worked hard to create a place you'll love to call your second home.

The living area is the home's focal point, successfully combining the soothing living room with the spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow the natural sunlight to illuminate the house throughout the day and, together with the tasteful décor, create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

The same ambiance can be enjoyed in the second living room, offering another fantastic area where you can unwind after an unforgettable day of sightseeing or soaking up the sun by the pool. It also features dedicated office space to set up your laptop and attend to business and a card game table.

Three comfortable bedrooms to offer all the relaxation you need after a thrilling day of beach hopping and exploring Largo and the picturesque Tampa Bay.

If you don't feel like going to the beach but still want to cool off and work on your vacation tan, you don't have to go farther than the enclosed swimming pool area, leading into the private Backyard with a lush, well-maintained lawn.

When you've had enough of the great outdoors, you'll be able to retreat to the garage and have a fun tournament to decide who takes the crown of the vacation ping-pong/pool champion.

Our family of seven had a wonderful Christmas in this fun home. Communication was extraordinary from the very beginning. Host was not only receptive to a suggestion we made for an enhancement, but he actually got it done in advance of our stay. That was amazing!It is obvious that a lot of thought and planning went into making this home entertaining for guests. We were never without something to do. And every family member had their favorite aspect of the house. DD25 loved the coziness of the sunroom. Her fiance was a fan of the heated pool. My adult stepdaughter adored making s'mores at the fire pit. The guys all had a great time playing pool, ping pong and darts in the garage game room. I loved that the dining room had seating for everyone, and the addition of a great gaming table in the living room area, newly added fire pit seating, and a putting green with artificial turf were all wonderful surprises. The home is in a quiet, established community. While not newer construction, it is very well maintained. The floor plan is not overly large, but well-designed with great flow between all the areas of the home. It allowed us separation when needed, but with easy communication throughout.Thank you, Dmitriy and family, for a wonderful Christmas holiday in your lovely home!

Summer Rental

Very nice home. Clean and tidy, games room in garage and garage is air conditioned so you and your kids can play for as long as you need. Beautiful pool and pool games like basketball are also there pool noodles etc. there were also beach chairs and umbrellas available so you dont need to rent at beach saves you a lot of money.

Great House and Location

We celebrated spring break with the kids here and this house was our hub home as we traveled to Weeki Wachee and down to Venice and back. It is in a central location, the house was clean and equipped for a convenient stay. We had fun with relaxing pool side and entertained ourselves with the ping pong table. Nice quiet neighborhood. I was wondering if anyone else even lived around it was so quiet. Many places to eat and shop nearby. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Fantastic!

I rented this place so that I could go to Phillies' spring training with my adult son, DIL, and two grandsons, ages 9 and 7. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely house. The pool was awesome -- heated, enclosed (no bugs), and lots of cool pool toys! The kitchen was well-equipped and the entire house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The best family vacation!

We had the best family vacation at this property ! Our Kids are 4 and 9months and the property owners provided everything we needed: pack and play crib, high chair, pool floaties , so many beach chairs, umbrellas , beach wagon etc. it was the ultimate vacation home! There was nothing that was missing. Communication with Dmitry was fast and super helpful. We loved the heated pool and drove to beachside dinner each night within 10 mins. Cannot stress how perfect this place is for families and we can’t wait to return again! (Loved that we all had our own room! No need to share with baby haha)

Immaculate!!

We had an incredible stay!! Communication with Dmitriy was excellent, he immediately got to my questions and was so pleasant to deal with. The house was clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with oils, a great variety of spices and all sorts of coffee; the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner, soaps, toothpaste, even extra toothbrushes. The salt water pool was the main attraction for my boys, and all the toys for it were an added bonus. And when we visited the beach, the thick beach towels, lawn chairs and cooler provided, helped make our beach days more comfortable. It’s these little details that make a vacation go from good to phenomenal. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back if we’re in the area.

Fantastic!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home with plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Dmitriy was a gracious host who accommodated our requests (including an early check-in) and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well as the foosball and ping pong table. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of beds. The grill and filled propane tanks were appreciated. Memorial Day Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us! The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room and amenities for our family. The pool was fantastic, and great to have when we were “beached” out. The house was within 10-15 minutes of the beaches even during the busy holiday weekend. Our favorite spot was Sand Key Park, but all were very close and convenient. Highly recommend this house for your Clearwater Beach vacation!

The property was perfect for our family and the property managers were very attentive. The property has great games for the kids, the pool, the location is close to the beaches, ponds to fish and plenty of room for everyone. Maybe some new ping pong paddles. We love it.

Our stay was wonderful! They had everything we needed . The house was very clean and the pool was nice and warm. We stayed a whole week and didn’t want to leave. Comfort, Fun & Relaxation

My family had an AMAZING time at this lovely retreat. Upon entering you could tell the love and care put into the upkeep and cleanliness of this home. The spacious living arrangements offered a welcome environment for our friends to visit and share a family-style lunch at the dining room table. Although unexpected cold weather altered some of our beach plans, the heated pool, and game tables were fun alternatives. We were truly able to enjoy ourselves because we had comfort in knowing that Dmitriy would provide exceptional customer service and prompt correspondence. Our kids are already inquiring about when we will return to this unassuming gem.
