Property is in great location. Very close to beach. It is very clean. It is also pretty small. There were 3 of us and room for one suitcase in the closet. We didn’t have anywhere to put our other luggage or clothing and had to keep our other 2 suitcases open in the living room. We also had issues with internet not working 2 of the 4 days we were there. Repair man came one day to fix and then it went out again the next day. Owner was very responsive to our issues, but we couldn’t access internet or watch tv for 2 days of our stay. Also be aware that there is laundry on the property, but it requires quarters and the local gas station was less than friendly about giving change for it. In addition, there are no ice trays or ice maker and the gas station was out of ice so that was also inconvenient. Overall, we had a great stay, but a few things could have been improved upon or communicated about a bit better.

This was one of my best stays! The apt was cute, modern, well designed, cozy, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, affordable and SUPER CLEAN! I was close to all the action on Gulf Blvd and right down the street from my fave spot on Madeira Beach!!! 10/10 recommend.Another plus: there were beach bags, chairs, towels, water bottles... everything you need to beach bum!!!! Thank you so much I had a great time, more importantly it felt like a home away from home! I reccommend Johns Pass, jet skiing, parasailing, pirate ship and restaurants and bars.Sweet Sage Cafe breakfast spot and Frabotta italian spot for din din!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to the beach and easy walking access to different places. The trolley stopped right down the street from the place, which made it perfect to get to other locations such as clearwater. The property was spotless when we arrived, and was stocked on everything we needed. I definitely plan on booking here again soon!
