Okay- kind of dirty & stuff went missing

This property is within a good location however the room is not desirable to be in. It is dirty, small & the “kitchenette” is not a kitchenette at all. Above all, the most concerning issue is that we had several items go missing after our room was cleaned. When we talked with management they said they “would check on it” but never heard anything back and when we asked the front desk worker, it was clear that they never really checked on it. I would spend the little extra $$ to stay somewhere nicer.

Spring break

Bathroom could use some updating / paint / new toilet seat /deep clean or paint wood trim in bathroom - the ceiling was starting to peel and chip/crack as well in our living room area. Pictures looked a lot more “fresh” update wise online than in person. We didn’t get a good nights sleep on any one night during our time there. We could hear the neighboring rooms to the point that it kept us awake until wee hours of the mornings. Many times it was just simply talking loudly and moving furniture around in their rooms. Nothing to be “mad” about yet a lot of noise to lose sleep over. The rooms are not sound detouring at all. Out of all of our years of travel we’ve never experienced constant noise that we could hear in a condo, hotel, or other place away from home. The room worked for our family size as a last minute place to stay and location was ideal, but we would not stay again. I will say that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure they took care of what was within their abilities to make our stay accommodating. They were always quick to answer any questions and housekeeping provided us with all of the toiletries and towels our crew needed daily. VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR STAFF !!!
