Long weekend

Great place and location for the beach and all the things Clearwater has to offer. We’ve stayed many times now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and have the things you need.

Fabulous!

The property was beautiful, the room was perfect, and there was a restaurant next-door that we had all of our meals within walking distance. Just a short little walk to the beach. We had a wonderful experience we planned to go back.

Perfect location- within walking distance of all things!

Directly across the road from Clearwater beach and a short walk from the bay. We never moved our vehicle after arrival. Perfect location. Property is clean.

Great Place to Stay in Clearwater Beach!!

I loved the location of this property! It was clean and very spacious for my fiance and I. There would have been enough room as well if we would have brought our two children with us! The kitchenette was also very handy! I loved staying at here and would stay again in the future for sure!

Extremely overpriced old smelling motel

Except for location, 1-2 minutes to Clearwater beach this is a horrible facility. Seems like a very old motel with bad musty smell. Bed was extremely hard. Bed sheets and a thin comforter of poor quality. I will never use VRBO again.

Had a great weekend stay. Place was kept clean. Very short walk to the beach. Great restaurant right beside that you get 10% off for being a guest at pelican. Staff very helpful. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel and affordable

Small but met every need for our stay in Clearwater. Had issues with our toilet but staff and maintenance handled it quickly with no questions asked. Would recommend and would stay here again. Only gripe would be the refrigerator and kitchen area could be larger.
