Not one to usually leave a review but this was not ideal. The hotel is worn down. That doesn’t bother us as long as it is clean. However, the bathroom reeked of urine and there was hair on the sheets for the bed. The floor was also really dirty. In the morning we left for a bit and then came back and by 9 o’clock. Our keys were deactivated for our room. We had to get in the line of other guests who also had deactivated keys and couldn’t get in their rooms. In addition to that there was no hot water at all. We let the shower run for almost 10 minutes and the hot water never kicked in. When we checked out again, there were other people downstairs to complain about the hot water situation. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and apologized for everything going on. But it was not a great situation.

It is a boutique hotel that needs some updates to make it more comfortable. Such as new carpets in the hallways. Updated paint colors so that it doesn't feel like a college dorm. Also the shower needs a proper glass enclosure or a shower curtain that doesn't allow water all over the floor. Please get more comfortable mattresses; too firm snd cheap. If you don't want to hear street noise, ask to be in a room off the street side; you can hear all the traffic and people in the street until 2am and then returning guests talking in the hallway! We also had someone knocking on our door at 5:30 am. This hotel is more conducive for college age; beware.

The whole building is dilapidated, the shower hadn't been cleaned in a while, the room smelled of mildew, the heater didn't work, and there was a hole in the bathroom window

It was ok, but it was really loud and people were slamming doors shut all night. Also there is no parking so you have to pay another $40 to pay down the street. I would have chosen a place further away from downtown had I known this.

The room is cute but the bathroom is something else. Mold on the shower, no shelves, and it clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while. The room smells of mildew and stale air, I had to get a candle to cover the smell. The building is clearly old and there are some funny design choices. The staff is minimal but polite. The bartender at the tapas restaurant was rude but he also told me they are not associated with the hotel. Overall, you get what you pay for and this was a lower budget option with the perfect location.

It was our second time there…very disappointed…my child could have done a better turn down/clean up than the staff, the complimentary shampoo bottle was already half empty when we went to use them. Only one towel was provided. The tv/internet would constantly shut off. Very disappointed overall. The only positive was the front desk young lady, Brianna…she was friendly and very helpful! Will never go back for a third trip.
