Located in one of the most walkable areas of Indian Rocks Beach, you can leave the car behind and stroll to local coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, wine bars, craft breweries, open-air restaurants, fresh seafood, and live music. Spend the day in flip-flops exploring this charming beach town, then return home to watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf from your private balcony.

Everything you need for a carefree beach vacation is already here. Access to the private ground-floor storage unit gives Unit 406 guests use of beach chairs, umbrellas, a large canopy, cooler, boogie boards, children's beach toys, and more. Designed for easy beach living, the condo comfortably accommodates families and couples with a king primary suite, two queen beds, in-unit laundry, reserved covered parking, elevator access and a well-stocked kitchen equipped for everything from morning coffee on the balcony to family dinners after a day at the beach.

The well-maintained Oceanside complex features a heated pool, hot tub, direct beach access, and a picnic area with a gas grill. The beach directly in front of Oceanside is typically quieter and less crowded than many nearby stretches of sand, offering plenty of room to relax, and enjoy the Gulf Coast at your own pace.

Popular local favorites within walking distance include Villa Gallace, Monstah Lobstah, The Original Crabby Bill's, Jake's Cantina, Lulu's Oyster Bar, VIP Mexican, and Guilty Sea Sports Pub. This is a fabulous property in a sleep part of the West Coast south of Clearwater. Several restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and a very nice ice cream shop. Definitely steps away from the beach which is extremely helpful. Pool and Hot Tub were very clean and warm. Had one small issue that the Host took care of immediately and beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend this property.

The condo was spotless with everything we could possibly need. Right outside the balcony was the hot tub, pool & beach. Our favorite part of the day was sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset. Beautiful!
