Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all used towels, robes, and bathmat and load into the washer machine.
Dispose of kitchen and any small bin trash bags into outdoor trash bin. Place all recyclables into outdoor recycle bin. No plastic bags in recycle bin.
Before you leave ensure all windows have been locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please note that our initial rate includes up to 3 guests. Extra guests incur a $25 fee PP per night. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee.
Security notice: For everyone's security and safety, we have fitted a Ring Doorbell that records anyone entering or exiting the property.
Additional guests beyond original booking will be charged accordingly. Parties lead to police notice, booking termination, no refund, + cleaning fees.
